Breast Enlargement With Vaseline And Toothpaste

If someone told you there was a way to enlarge your breasts without surgery, would you believe them?

The subject of breasts has always been the source of speculation and rumor. For instance, I recall the query “Do you sleep in your bra?” as a trick question from my middle school days. If you said no, people would warn you about breast sag. If you said “yes,” you might expect to hear that it was bad for your breasts and would lead to sagging. There is no single ideal representation of a lady.

The only thing Vaseline will do for your breasts is make them greasy. It will also get all over your underwear, clothing, sheets, etc., and you will have one HELL of a time getting the stains out.

Seriously, Vaseline migrates worse than honey does. It will be all over everything, up to and including in your hair if you rub it on before bedtime.

In other words, it’s a dumb idea.

The thing with breasts is they are nice and firm when you’re young. As you start to get older, particularly if you have babies, they will unavoidably begin to sag. Smaller breasts might fare a little better over the years, but they, too, will eventually show the ravages of childbearing and time.

But this misconception may be quickly dispelled: rubbing toothpaste on your breasts won’t make them bigger or perkier.

Does It Actually Work, Though?
There is little reason to expect that toothpaste would work given that it consists mostly of alcohol, mint, fluoride, and detergents, all of which have zero capacity to promote the development of breast tissue.

let’s just all let out a big sigh. You’ll need it. Hot on the heels of shoving all manner of things up their vaginas, now ‘health’ and ‘beauty’ influencers are encouraging women to smother their breasts in toothpaste in Vaseline to reduce sagging and make breasts grow larger. Sigh. One YouTuber called Naturalbeauty556 uploaded a video titled ‘Tighten Sagging Breasts in Just 5 Days Using Toothpaste – No Joke’, claiming that a mixture of toothpaste, plain flour, egg whites, and grated cucumber will ‘tighten up your breasts like really, really crazy’. Another channel, Susana Home Remedies, suggests putting toothpaste on your nipples and rubbing Vaseline on your breasts to make your breasts grow larger. These videos have received millions of views from people desperate to change the shape and size of their breasts without surgery. It’s not clear how many of them have actually attempted the technique. But before any more people rush off to buy some tubes of Colgate, it’s important for us to make clear that rubbing toothpaste on your breasts will not make them any bigger. It will also not reduce sagging.

Besides giving your breasts a refreshing mint aroma, it won’t accomplish anything at all.

There is a possibility that you will experience some tightness. Because toothpaste is drying, it can have that effect on skin all over the body. Because it absorbs oil and sebum, toothpaste is often used to treat acne.

It is said that if you smudge some toothpaste over your palm, the skin will tighten. However, as the toothpaste is gone, the unpleasant feeling disappears.

The truth is that changing how something feels on the surface of your skin won’t affect your health on a deeper level. A lotion can’t’melt away fat,’ but it can make your legs look smoother and smaller, and toothpaste can’t go deep enough under the skin to reach the breast tissue to have any lasting impact.

Even with the Vaseline, the reasoning is true. In spite of the gloss petroleum jelly can give your breasts, you won’t experience any noticeable enlargement.

‘This bizarre advice simply preys on the many women who are unhappy with the size of their breasts and who might resort to bizarre “miracle fixes” to find a solution to their problem,’ Christopher Inglefield, medical director of the London Bridge Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Clinic, tells Metro.co.uk.

Unfortunately, the vaseline and toothpaste method of breast augmentation is bogus news and pure Internet quackery, like a lot of advice on the internet.

It’s possible that your breasts will have a refreshing minty aroma, but growth is quite improbable.

No, Toothpaste Will Not Make Your Boobs Grow

We’re a big believer in DIYs. If you want to make your own glitter ballet flats or coconut oil face mask, more power to you. But sometimes the wild world of YouTube births a hot mess of a DIY, and this is one of those times. The latest “hack” to go viral, according to Metro UK, is the Internet-fueled rumor that rubbing toothpaste on your breasts will “tighten” them and make them bigger. At best, it’s a waste of your time and Colgate; at worst, it’s an outright lie.

According to Metro, a YouTuber who goes by Naturalbeauty556 is under fire for a video that claims she tightened “sagging breasts in just 5 days using toothpaste.” The site reports that she even shared a recipe with a mixture of toothpaste, plain flour, egg whites, and grated cucumber, which slathered on the chest, purportedly tightens sagging breasts. The article also calls out another YouTuber, Susana Home Remedies, who advised her followers to put toothpaste on their nipples and Vaseline on their breasts to make them grow larger.

Dr. Susan Bard, MD, of Manhattan Dermatology Specialists confirms to Teen Vogue: “This is preposterous. None of the ingredients in these concoctions have the capacity to increase breast tissue or tighten loose skin.” Even worse, this recipe could have an adverse effect on the skin. “Applying these mixtures are not without risk as they can cause contact dermatitis,” says Dr. Bard. Christopher Inglefield, medical director of the London Bridge Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Clinic, told Metro that these recipes are “pure online quackery.”

It almost goes without saying that whether your breasts are on the smaller side or the larger side, it doesn’t matter. Boobs can and should come in all sizes — and often, they don’t even match their buddy! Of course, if it’s minty fresh breasts you’re after, the Colgate will work out just fine.
