Tummy Tuck Without Surgery
If you want to get rid of that pooch, there’s a lot you can do without going under the knife. In fact, some of the most effective tummy-squishing exercises are completely free. If you’re ready to make a change to your diet and lifestyle, we’ve got some tips for how to lose weight fast—and keep it off for good.

Improve digestion.
You may not be able to improve digestion without surgery, but these tips can help:
- Eat a healthy diet. This means eating more fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein sources like fish or chicken. It also means reducing your intake of processed foods and sugar-filled beverages. Also avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and tobacco products as they can all slow down digestion.
- Drink plenty of water every day to keep your digestive system flushed out and functioning well.
- Exercise regularly to strengthen your abdominal muscles so they can do their job properly when it comes time for food to pass through them (you know—like poop). If you don’t already exercise regularly I would suggest starting with light walking first then moving up from there!
- Don’t push yourself too hard either; make sure you’re getting enough sleep at night because fatigue can affect how well everything works together inside our bodies! Try not going past six hours without sleeping so that way it won’t take forever for those muscles in there get tired out again before tomorrow morning comes along.”
Break the bloat.
While it’s unlikely that you’ll completely rid yourself of gas, there are some steps you can take to help minimize bloating.
- Avoid foods that cause gas (dairy, beans, onions).
- Drink plenty of water before meals.
- Eat slowly and chew thoroughly. This helps prevent the food in your stomach from becoming too acidic, which can lead to excessive gas production and bloating.
- Avoid carbonated drinks (including sodas), which can make you bloated by releasing carbon dioxide into your abdominal cavity when they’re swallowed or burped up again through belching or flatulence after drinking them.
Sip on fermented drinks.
The most obvious benefit of fermented drinks is that they help to improve digestion. These drinks are created by adding live cultures to liquid, which is then left out to ferment for a few days or weeks. You can easily find them at the grocery store or get them delivered to your door if you have a subscription service like KombuchaKamp or Cultures for Health—but keep in mind that these are all very high in probiotics, so it’s best to drink them sparingly.
Kefir will be easier on your digestive system than kombucha because kefir contains fewer acids and less sugar (though both are still very sweet). If you’re looking for something with less sugar and no caffeine, sauerkraut juice may be right up your alley.
Ditch the junk food.
The best way to get rid of a paunch is to avoid junk food. You should also get enough sleep and eat a balanced diet, including plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and low-fat dairy products. Drink plenty of water each day. Finally, move around more by walking or doing other moderate aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes per day most days of the week—ideally five days per week—and add strength training exercises two or three times a week as well!
If you’re wondering how much weight you can expect to lose from making these changes in your diet and lifestyle habits alone? The answer varies widely depending on who you are (e.g., age) but generally speaking one pound equals 3,500 calories so if you reduce your daily calorie intake by 500-700 calories per day over time then that could result in losing 1/2 – 1 pound per week.”
Move that booty!
Exercise is key to a healthy lifestyle, and it’s never been more important than now. The more you move, the better—so get started!
The best exercises for flattening your stomach are ones that engage your abs and lower back muscles. You can do these at home or at the gym without any equipment required. It’s important to keep in mind that exercise won’t work miracles on its own; in order to see results, you need to make sure your diet is in check as well.
- Crunches: Lie flat on the floor with knees bent and feet flat on the floor (or use an exercise mat). Lift shoulders off floor until they’re in line with knees or lower legs. Hold this position for 10 seconds before returning back down slowly for one rep (five reps total).
- Side Plank: Get into plank position by resting forearms on ground underneath shoulders while keeping elbows straight so body forms long line from head through heels (you should be balancing weight evenly between forearms). Then raise top leg off ground so foot points towards ceiling while maintaining balance with core throughout movement—this counts as one rep! Repeat five times before switching sides.* Bridge Pose: Lie face up on mat* Feet hip-width apart; knees bent 90 degrees with feet planted firmly against floor* Press bottom half of body off ground up towards ceiling until only hips/shoulders remain touching surface (work toward straighten legs if possible), hold this position for 5-10 seconds before lowering back down slowly down into starting position
A healthy lifestyle can help you lose weight and flatten your stomach.
Weight loss is not the only way to get a flat stomach. You may be able to achieve the same result through lifestyle changes. For example, instead of sitting on your couch for hours each night watching TV, try exercising or meditating instead. You can also improve your diet by including more fruits and vegetables in your meals.
If you are overweight, losing weight is important because it will make your stomach flatter. But even if you don’t lose any weight, there are other things that can help flatten it out such as healthy eating habits like cutting down on sugary foods or high-fat snacks and increasing exercise levels in order to burn off extra calories (but don’t overdo it! If exercise becomes too much of a strain then stop doing it).
instant tummy tuck without surgery
A tummy tuck can have amazing results, restoring your body to a more toned, firm appearance. Many women have a tummy tuck after childbirth, and both women and men can benefit from a tummy tuck after losing weight. But does a tummy tuck have to be surgical? Are there minimally invasive tummy tuck options and tummy tuck alternatives? Yes. Medical innovations have allowed us to offer tummy tuck alternatives for people who want a wider range of treatment options. Let’s cover exactly what we mean by a minimally invasive tummy tuck, and look at your tummy tuck alternatives.
Understanding a traditional tummy tuck
Before we cover minimally invasive tummy tuck options, we’ll talk briefly about the traditional tummy tuck operation. Generally when someone says they’re having a tummy tuck, they’re referring to a fairly intensive procedure that involves an incision all the way across the tummy area. This large incision allows us to remove a notable amount of excess skin. When we then close the incision, we pull the skin tight which creates a more smooth, toned-looking tummy. In addition to removing skin, we often remove some fat during a tummy tuck, and can even restructure the muscles. This is especially important for women who have a condition called diastasis recti (separated abdominal muscles) after pregnancy. The reason it’s important to understand a traditional tummy tuck, is that minimally invasive tummy tuck options have some similarities, but other differences.
Mini tummy tuck
If you’ve heard the phrase ‘mini tummy tuck’ you’re likely wondering what that involves. Is a mini tummy tuck the same as a full tummy tuck, but for people who only have a small amount of skin to remove? Does a mini tummy tuck have smaller scars? Does a mini tummy tuck have a shorter recovery?
A mini tummy tuck is a less invasive surgery that can be a great option for some people. During a mini tummy tuck, the surgeon makes a small incision – usually a few inches long – in your lower abdominal area. Through this incision we are able to tighten muscles if necessary, as well as remove select areas of fat if you’ve chosen to have liposuction as part of your mini tummy tuck. The incision is important in that it also allows us to remove excess skin, sometimes including stretch marks, which lets us to create a more tight, firm tummy area. The placement of the incision means it can usually be hidden by a bathing suit bottom.
Benefits of a mini tummy tuck
A mini tummy tuck has the advantages of being able to remove skin and fat from your midsection. In this way, the results are often more pronounced than with a non-surgical procedure. The benefits of a mini tummy tuck, when compared to a traditional tummy tuck, often include:
Candidates for a mini tummy tuck
People who are candidates for a mini tummy tuck are usually those with a small ‘pooch’ on their lower tummy, that they would like removed. Candidates are generally at or near their goal weight, and in good overall health.
Disadvantages of a mini tummy tuck
While a mini tummy tuck is a good choice for some people, it is important to understand that a mini tummy tuck does not address excess fat, skin, or stretch marks above the belly button. A mini tummy tuck may also not remove as significant an amount of fat or skin as a full tummy tuck.
Vaser Liposuction
Vaser Liposuction is a strong option for some people who want minimally invasive tummy tuck results that focus on fat reduction. This treatment is a minimally invasive tummy tuck alternative that allows for a decrease in fat, while smoothing and slimming the tummy area. Vaser Lipo is more gentle than traditional liposuction, because we begin by carefully dislodging the fat using ultrasound. This allows the surgeon to more gently and easily remove targeted areas of fat.
non surgical tummy tuck with emsculpt
EMSCULPT is a revolutionary patented body sculpting technology that is designed to build muscle and reduce fat through the use of highly focused electromagnetic energy. This energy is used to target specific areas of the body and causes a rapid series of muscle contractions called supramaxial contractions. The supramaxial contractions initiated by the EMSCULPT-tech far surpass those accumulated within a single session at the gym. EMSCULPT causes around 20,000 contractions in 30 minutes, targeting fat loss to the area of the muscle, which cannot be accomplished even in the most devoted gym rat. Your body responds to these contractions by rebuilding the muscles to become stronger and more toned.
EMSCULPT has been cleared by the FDA for the “improvement of abdominal tone, strengthening of the abdominal muscles, development of firmer abdomen, and strengthening, toning, and firming of the buttocks.”
Multiple studies have confirmed that EMSCULPT reduces patient’s waist size through a combination of fat reduction and increased muscle definition of the abdominal wall and provides an additional tool for body contouring with a primary application for lower and medium BMI patients.
Current trends have shown a decline in surgical skin excision, which has largely been replaced with minimally invasive and noninvasive alternatives like EMSCULPT. We couldn’t be happier. EMSCULPT is a safe and effective muscle-building alternative to invasive surgeries.
Please note that EMSCULPT is meant to act as a supplement to an active life and healthy diet. It does not provide a substitute for either of those by itself.

Personal Consultation
During your personal consultation, you will have the opportunity to share your aesthetic goals with a highly qualified member of our ABS team. You will discuss why you are interested in EMSCULPT and how this procedure will help you obtain your ideal figure. We will listen carefully and suggest the best techniques and number of treatments that will produce your best results.
We will examine the areas you are concerned about to determine if EMSCULPT is your best option.
Your health and safety are very important to us at the ABS Institute. The clinical team will ask you about your general health, allergies, and past surgeries. This information will help them understand if the EMSCULPT treatment is best for their health.
Procedure
At your first session, you will have photos of the treatment area taken so that we can track your progress.
The first step is securing the applicator to the treatment area, then the process starts, directing the HIFEM energy to stimulate muscle growth and eliminate fat deposits.
Each treatment takes around thirty to forty minutes, depending on the area.
Recovery
After your EMSCULPT session, you will feel like you have just finished an intense workout at the gym. Luckily, there is no downtime or recovery. When used appropriately and correctly, these devices have demonstrated excellent clinical efficacy and safety.
Results
Results are noticeable after one’s first EMSCULPT session. Substantial results are usually seen two to four weeks after the final session, continually improving for several weeks. Any muscle mass gained through treatment is not permanent but can last for up to six months or more. Daily scheduled sessions are recommended to maintain results.
For maximum benefit, we recommend two sessions per week spaced two-to-three days apart for two weeks. This should be followed by bi-monthly maintenance.
Studies have demonstrated that EMSCULPT procedures are a beneficial treatment option for patients with high amounts of fat deposits. An additional study further proved that EMSCULPT safely and effectively improves aesthetic appearances non-invasively and that the treatments not only resulted in a significant visual improvement but also increased patient confidence and satisfaction.
Complementary Procedures
Liposuction
Liposuction is a classic method of fat removal that utilizes a hollowed-out needle called a cannula that is connected to a vacuum device. The cannula is inserted into the fatty areas and proceeds to suck out the fat. This procedure is ideal for handling stubborn areas of fat that won’t go away with diet or exercise.
Tummy Tuck
A tummy tuck is a surgery designed to handle problematic flabby sheets of dangling skin through the removal of excess skin and the reinforcement of the abdominal wall. This procedure is perfect for mothers who have recently given birth or people who have lost a significant amount of weight.
Brazillian Butt Lift
A Brazillian butt lift is a surgical procedure that uses a patient’s own fat to add volume, lift, and shape to the buttocks into a more flattering curve overall.

does non surgical tummy tuck work
A tummy tuck is a great way to get rid of stubborn fat and excess abdominal skin while also tightening weakened belly muscles. However, not everyone is willing to deal with the downtime, scarring, and recovery process associated with this plastic surgery. Researching what alternatives are available is one of the most important considerations you should make before choosing to move forward with your abdominoplasty. In this post, we explore some of the best minimally invasive abdominoplasty alternatives.
1. Liposuction
Liposuction is one of the most popular cosmetic surgical procedures. Compared to a traditional tummy tuck, liposuction is a less invasive treatment that might be a good alternative for qualified patients. During liposuction treatment, plastic surgeons use a special device known as a cannula to suction fat out from the problem areas (including the abdomen). Tiny incisions are created through which the cannula is inserted. The resulting scarring is hardly visible and much less extensive compared to a typical abdominoplasty procedure. Keep in mind though that liposuction is only a good fit for patients who have excess abdominal fat but good skin elasticity.
2. ThermiTight
ThermiTight is a reasonable tummy tuck alternative that utilizes a special Thermi device to apply heat energy to the abdominal region. Basically, tissues are heated to an optimal setting before the area is wrapped using compression bandaging. Following this treatment, patients enjoy tighter skin without any scarring or prolonged downtime. Because a specialized probe is used to monitor tissue temperatures during treatment, ThermiTight is considered to be a safe procedure. Plastic surgeons typically also use infrared cameras to monitor your skin during treatment and ensure that the right level of heat is applied to achieve the desired skin tightening objectives. This treatment might be an ideal tummy tuck alternative for patients who have loose abdominal skin but minimal fat.
3. CoolSculpting
This is another tummy tuck alternative that may help get rid of excess abdominal fat but without the need for surgery. A special CoolSculpting device applies intense cold to freeze fat cells and destroy them before they are removed from the body. This is a highly effective treatment with up to 20% of excess fat reduced in a single treatment session. Follow-up treatment may be arranged if more fat needs to be removed (based on the patient’s unique goals). CoolSculpting is not just a safe but also a highly effective non-surgical contouring treatment that can be used as a replacement to a tummy tuck (especially in patients with stubborn belly fat and good skin elasticity).
4. EmSculpt
An EMSCULPT is a non-surgical tummy tuck alternative that helps tighten and tone the abdominal muscles without the scarring and downtime associated with surgery. A special EMSCULPT device is used to induce muscle contractions that resemble natural muscle contractions but are stronger. A single treatment can create up to 20,000 muscle contractions (thus working your muscles out in a way that would be impossible to do with exercise). This treatment offers an excellent way for patients who are looking to achieve a firmer and flatter abdominal contour by toning their muscles. The recovery process is much easier although you might feel quite tender over the first couple of days.
5. Renuvion
This is a non-surgical skin tightening procedure that may also be used as a tummy tuck alternative especially in patients who have minimal excess fat and loose belly skin. This treatment is becoming increasingly popular because it tightens and rejuvenates loose skin in the abdomen and other areas without the need for extensive downtime and large surgical scars. Plastic surgeons achieve this treatment by using pro helium gas and radiofrequency to create a plasma (stream of energy). This energy then releases enough heat to contract skin and tighten it. In addition to the abdomen, Renuvion nonsurgical treatment could also be applied to the arm, flanks, breasts, butt, thighs, lower face, and knee.
These minimally invasive tummy tuck alternatives are a good fit for anyone who is looking to achieve the same benefits but without the resulting scarring or extended downtime. According to The Woodlands tummy tuck plastic surgeon, a good surgeon needs to be able to help guide their patients to the best tummy tuck alternative procedure. During your initial abdominoplasty consultation, your plastic surgeon should be able to examine your problem areas and ask questions before determining whether you are the right fit for each of these options.
